Shipping Policy

I want your new artwork to arrive safe, sound, and ready to bring beauty into your space.

Processing & Care

  • Each piece is handled and packaged by me with a lot of care. I usually ship orders within 3–7 business days after payment.

  • If your order is a custom piece, I’ll let you know the estimated timeline before you purchase.

Packaging

  • Original works are wrapped securely with protective materials, reinforced packaging, and (for higher-value pieces) insurance.

Shipping Options

  • I ship across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International shipping is available — please note that you’ll be responsible for any customs or import fees.

Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive in 5–10 business days. International delivery times vary by country.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

If Something Happens in Transit

  • In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each piece is unique and created with great care, all sales are final. I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

That said — I always want you to be happy with your purchase.

If there’s a problem

  • If your artwork is damaged during shipping, or if I’ve accidentally sent the wrong piece, please reach out.

  • I’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Custom Orders

  • Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once I’ve started work, but I’ll keep you updated along the way so there are no surprises.

A Note on Colors

  • I do my best to photograph artwork accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or lighting — this isn’t considered a defect.
